Patagonian Scallop Caprese Skewers

 

Ingredients:

  • 400 gr Patagonian Scallops (for 5 persons)

  • Cherry tomatoes

  • Mini mozzarella balls

  • Fresh basil leaves

  • Balsamic glaze

  • Wooden skewers

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:

Thread a Patagonian Scallop, cherry tomato, mini mozzarella ball and basil leaf alternately onto each wooden skewer.

Sprinkle the skewers with salt and pepper and drizzle with balsamic glaze.

Grill the skewers briefly until the scallops are cooked and serve warm.
