Patagonian Scallop Avocado Salad 

Ingredients:

  • 400 g Patagonian Scallops (for 5 persons)

  • 2 ripe avocados, diced

  • Mixed green leaf lettuce

  • Red onion, thinly sliced

  • Fresh basil leaves

  • Balsamic glaze

  • Olive oil

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:

Fry the Patagonian Scallops briefly in some olive oil until they are cooked and light brown in color.

Mix the mixed green leaf lettuce with the red onion and fresh basil leaves.

Divide the fried scallops and avocado over the salad.

Drizzle with balsamic glaze and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
