Remove your Scallop Roll from the freezer.

"Place your Scallop Rolls in the refrigerator for 2 hours. Do not let them thaw for too long, as the roll is easier to cut into medallions when frozen."

"Remove the foil from the still frozen roll. You can also do this after you have cut the roll into medallions."

Using a sharp knife, slice your frozen Scallop Roll into medallions of your desired thickness. We recommend a thickness of no more than 2cm.

"Fry your medallions on medium heat for 4 minutes. Turn them regularly until a nice golden brown caramelization occurs."
